Get real project experience. Before you get the job.
PM LaunchPad drops you into a simulated career. You'll manage real projects across five industries, navigate demanding stakeholders, and finish able to say: "I've already managed 25 projects."
You get hired, not enrolled
Skip the dashboard. Receive a real job offer and start your first project in 15 minutes.
An AI senior PM mentors you
Pause any moment and ask 'what would an experienced PM do here?' Your mentor teaches, not tells.
Stakeholders with attitudes
Negotiate with impatient sponsors, cautious inspectors, and aggressive sales leads — each with their own agenda.
No two projects are the same
Budget cuts, permit delays, cyber incidents and scope creep hit dynamically. Adapt or the metrics slip.
Graded on real deliverables
Write status reports, risk briefings and executive updates. AI grades every word against a rubric.
Build a career, earn the title
Climb from Project Assistant to Chief Project Officer. Every win generates portfolio evidence employers trust.

Founder & Creator
PM LaunchPad AI
Hi, I'm Nehemiah. After earning my Bachelor's degree in Project Management and building a career in operations and leadership, I kept seeing talented people hear the same thing:
"You need experience before we can hire you."
I believed there had to be a better way. That's why I built PM LaunchPad AI. My mission is to help aspiring project managers gain meaningful workplace experience before receiving their first opportunity.
This platform isn't designed to replace experience — it's designed to help people earn it.
"Experience builds confidence. Confidence creates opportunity. PM LaunchPad AI exists to help people earn both."
Why PM LaunchPad AI Exists
Every project manager deserves a first opportunity. PM LaunchPad AI bridges the gap between learning and employment through realistic, AI-powered workplace simulations.
